Bill has over 47 years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to founding Lodestar, he was a Principal in the founding of Burton J. Vincent, Chesley & Co. where he served as Executive Vice President and Director. In 1983 the firm was acquired by Prescott, Ball & Turben (a subsidiary of Kemper Corporation). There Bill was Chairman and Director of Prescott Asset Management, and President of Selected Special Shares, a publicly traded mutual fund. Bill has served as Vice Chairman, Treasurer and a Trustee of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, as well as Chairman of the Endowment and Investment Committee. Bill is a graduate of Purdue University.
